SMS Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the text messaging program offered by Benefit Planning Solutions Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms.

Program Description

We send appointment reminder and confirmation text messages to clients who have opted in. Messages relate solely to your own scheduled appointments and account with Benefit Planning Solutions Inc. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Opt-In and Consent

Enrollment in our text messaging program is optional. You opt in by checking a separate, optional consent box on our client application or intake form. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of becoming a client or of receiving any of our services. You may decline text messages and still receive full service.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You will typically receive messages related to your scheduled appointments, such as reminders and confirmation requests.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Benefit Planning Solutions Inc. does not charge for these messages.

Opt-Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you opt out, you will receive one confirmation message and will not receive further text messages unless you opt in again.

Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at bpsgroup.org/privacy-policy. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or text messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
