Text Messaging Program

Benefit Planning Solutions Inc. offers optional appointment reminder and confirmation text messages to clients who choose to enroll.

• Optional opt-in: Text messaging is entirely optional. Clients opt in by checking a separate, optional consent box on our client application or intake form. Providing consent to receive text messages is not required to become a client or to receive any of our services — you may decline text messages and still receive full service.
• Information collected: If you opt in, we collect your mobile phone number and your consent to receive text messages. This information is used solely to send appointment reminders, confirmations, and related service messages about your own appointments and account.
• No sharing for marketing: We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or your text messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information collected for our text messaging program is used only to operate that program.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You will typically receive messages related to your scheduled appointments, such as reminders and confirmation requests.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, you will no longer receive text messages from us. For help, reply HELP or contact our office at 215-760-6171.
